Here is a list of some of our members who have chosen to make their profiles public.

The Toastmasters Education Program helps members become "Better communicators" and "Better Leaders". This program is divided into two tracks:

• Communication
• Leadership

Each member has the opportunity to set and achieve his or her individual goals within the tracks.

The Communication Track

When you join the club, you receive the basic manual "Competent Communication". It is designed to give you a strong start in developing a core set of skills. Each of the 10 projects in the basic manual focuses on a certain aspect of speech making -- from organisation to delivery.

The Leadership Track

Beginning with projects from the "Competent Leadership manual", this track focuses on developing a members leadership skills. It helps you improve your different leadership skills through ten projects, each providing the member background information and an assignment that requires serving in one or mere specified meeting or club roles in which the aspects of that skill can be practiced.

How does the meeting work

A meeting lasts two hours and includes:

• The Chairman's warm-up
• A business and general session during which club matters are discussed
• Prepared speeches (three on average, each usually 5 to 7 minutes long) with evaluations of those speeches (lasting 3 minutes each)
• Table Topics (Impromptu speaking, 1 to 2 minutes) and Evaluation of each speaker
• General evaluation of the meeting
